My experience ended up just fine, but the first time I called the phone was answered, Name I didn't. catch. I was told that my call could be taken at that time and offered a call back. I was calling from my work place and could not receive calls. I had previously never been told anything like this, always talked an individual that could set the appointment.

staff very nice, i noticed on my way home after putting on 2 tires. etc that on the dash that it showed all 4 tires and the pressures of each so i had to make a trip back to the dealership so that information would be removed as i dont know how to do it, all is well

Overall a good experience. They communicated well and made sure to get it done in a reasonable amount of time since my wife was waiting there. I only give 3 stars though. Due to the fact that they recommended a service that had just been done at the time of my last oil change.

I was there more than 3 hours for an oil change and antennae replacement. They went to Des Moines for the part because theirs was the wrong one, and were delayed. Wish they had told me and I would have rescheduled the missing part to my next service job.

Called on Thursday to make an appointment. I was told that I would receive a callback from the service department to schedule servicing for my car. I ended up having to call on Monday because I hadn’t heard back, however they did get me in on Tuesday after work. The service itself went very well, and they even pointed out a couple of things that needed to be taken care of.
