I had my vehicle in for some diagnostics. There was strong communication during the process and ultimately the issue was resolved.

Larry Peebles was very courteous in driving me to and from the dealership. My car was serviced in the same day that I dropped it off.

It was all good

I was disappointed that a 4 wheel alignment was completed on my car without being asked. When I scheduled my appointment, I scheduled an oil change and to have the tires replaced. I had received a quote on tires, but when I received the quote, I was told that I did not have to have a wheel alignment completed unless I wanted.

My concerns were met quickly and professionally.

My experience started with a phone call and immeadiatly trusted Luke. He went way out there to work on our new to us 1998 Corvette. I am a very particular 61 year old. All the people we were in contact with treated us extremely well. Luke and his technicians did exactly what I asked them to do with NO excuses. I realize this is under new ownership, but please take care of Luke and the great service team.
