"Jeff & Doug, I just wanted to send you a note to tell you how much I appreciate what you did for me after I purchased my 2004 Jeep Liberty. On my way home after making my purchase the Liberty's water pump went out and the results were not good. Ken called me and kept me informed of what was going on with the repairs and when he told me that you, Jeff, were taking care of the repairs I was floored. I have purchased a total of three vehicles from you, all with good results and customer service, and my grandfather, Lyle, and my grandmother, Betty, always suggested their family buy from your dealership and this is exactly why I have continued to do business with you. Jeff you have gone above and beyond the call of duty here, and Ken needs to be commended for the professional manner in which he kept me informed of the progress. "Wes Finch Auto Plaza, Just wanted to send a note of Thanks! While traveling from Omaha to Chicago to see our daughter's college soccer game, our Dodge Grand Caravan began to overheat. Lucky for us it was about 500 feet from the Grinnell exit. We made it to the gas station at the exit and knew instantly it wasn't good. We googled Dodge dealerships and yours came up. We called and Ken in the service department was very helpful. Told us how to get there and they could probably help us. We nurse-maided the van to the dealership. We had to stop a few times and let it cool...just to make it that country mile, but didn't want to damage the engine. Finally made it there and we were moved right in. This was very late in the afternoon. They had to let it cool to even look at it. Discovered that it was a blown heater bypass hose and that they even had the part! You guys were so helpful and responsive and we were again on our way in no time. It's so refreshing to see such service in this day and age. We do know people from the central IA area and you can be sure that we will speak very highly of your business! Thank you again!"
